We are working with this highly reputable, international Law firm, as they hire for a Senior CRM Executive on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

This is a really exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and forward thinking Law firm and be an integral member of the Client Development & Marketing division. The role will support the effective management and use of CRM and e-marketing systems, contributing to the firm’s client engagement strategies, and ensuring system integrity within an international law firm.

Experience of working with InterAction and Vuture is imperative, as the successful Senior CRM Executive will help manage the firm's InterAction Hybrid Cloud upgrade project.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and oversee the CRM system, including security, data quality, folder management, and integration with other platforms.
  • Collaborate with the data steward to resolve data quality issues and maintain accurate records.
  • Advocate for effective use of the CRM system across teams, supporting business development efforts.
  • Lead the execution of campaigns, mailings, and complex searches or reports to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on best practices for the CRM and e-marketing systems.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and support documentation to users across the firm.
  • Manage small projects and represent the team at firm-wide meetings.
  • Work closely with IT to resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Support system upgrades and assist with ad hoc initiatives related to client data and systems.

Experience required

  • Proven experience in a marketing, CRM, or data management role within a professional services environment, preferably in a law firm or comparable organisation.
  • Experience with CRM and e-marketing systems, ideally InterAction and Vuture.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in providing training and guidance to varied audiences.
  • Comfortable managing relationships with senior level stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of data accuracy and security.
  • Adaptable and proactive in addressing technical and operational challenges.
