Senior CRM Executive

£30k to £45k

Wakefield - Hybrid

We’re looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join a high-profile retail brand and play a key role in how it connects with customers through email and app.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to create engaging CRM campaigns, enjoys working with data and personalisation, and wants to see their work have a direct impact on customer engagement and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver promotional email and app campaigns aligned to seasonal, channel and commercial objectives.
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, from planning and briefing through to, delivery, and analysis/performance reporting.
  • Use Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO) and Customer Journey tools to create targeted, personalised and dynamic customer experiences.
  • Work closely with the wider business to deliver engaging, on-brand CRM activity.
  • Develop testing and optimisation plans, using insight and performance data to continually improve campaign results.
  • You'll deliver personalised customer experiences, leveraging segmentation, dynamic content and testing to maximise performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor CRM trends, competitor activity and best practice, identifying new opportunities to improve performance.

Experience Required:

  • At least 2 years of experience in email/CRM marketing.
  • Experience using Adobe Journey Optimiser and Customer Journey Orchestration/Analytics.
  • Experience planning and delivering email marketing campaigns from concept through to execution.
  • A strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and a genuine interest in customer engagement.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • An understanding of email marketing privacy regulations, including GDPR and PECR.
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working with multiple teams and external partners.
  • A proactive, curious attitude with the ability to learn quickly and get things done.
