The Role
As a Senior CRM Executive at PrettyLittleThing, you’ll play a key role in driving CRM performance across your responsible markets and channels. Working closely with the Snr. CRM Manager, you’ll own day-to-day CRM activity, from planning and delivery through to analysis and optimisation.

You’ll use customer data and commercial insight to identify opportunities, improve customer engagement and optimise BAU communications and behavioural journeys.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and prioritise workloads within the team, ensuring activity is delivered accurately and on time.
- Own CRM activity across your responsible markets and channels, with a focus on BAU performance.
- Plan and deliver customer communications across relevant territories and channels.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns, from briefing and implementation through to post-campaign analysis.
- Support the Snr. CRM Manager with MVT testing across BAU and behavioural activity.
- Optimise behavioural journeys using customer insights and performance data.
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities and recommendations.
- Ensure the CRM calendar is accurate, up to date and data-driven.
- Proactively identify issues, manage deadlines and recommend solutions.
- Keep up to date with CRM trends, tools and best practice.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in a CRM Executive or Senior CRM Executive role.
- Strong commercial understanding and a passion for data and analytics.
- Experience using Bloomreach or a similar CRM platform.
- Strong understanding of CRM, customer lifecycle and behavioural marketing.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric with a strong interest in retail, e-commerce and online marketing.
- Fashion/retail experience desirable.
