We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Global CRM Executive to plan, create and deliver data-led marketing campaigns. Using Microsoft Dynamics 365, you’ll build and deploy global email journeys that drive customer engagement, sales, re-engagement and win-back activity.
You’ll deliver CRM campaigns and automations from build to launch, while supporting communications for global markets, E-Commerce teams, research projects and recall notices.
Working with the Global CRM & Lifecycle Manager and CRM Assistant, you'll help deliver accurate, timely CRM communications, optimise customer journeys and identify new automation opportunities. This is a great opportunity for a proactive CRM professional to drive personalised customer experiences and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build and deliver CRM campaigns, automated journeys and global email communications.
- Create and manage customer segments using customer, behavioural and transactional data.
- Build responsive email templates and customer journeys in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Support personalised marketing through automation, dynamic content and behavioural triggers.
- Schedule, test and deploy campaigns, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with global marketing, eCommerce and key stakeholders to deliver commercial objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and conversions.
- Manage A/B testing and use data insights to optimise CRM activity.
- Maintain data quality, audience accuracy and CRM governance standards.
- Create and adapt email content, assets and copy in line with brand guidelines.
- Produce campaign reports and share insights to support continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Maths & English GCSE grade C/4 or above
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (Real-time Marketing) or comparable enterprise CRM platforms
- Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation strategies, automation workflows and campaign measurement
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email development and troubleshooting
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools to analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour
- Experienced in managing and analysing large datasets
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 39hrs per week.
