Senior CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Dynamics 365) | Hybrid, London | £55,000 – £65,000
A growing business services group is seeking a Senior CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build its Microsoft Dynamics 365-powered engagement engine across a portfolio of B2B businesses. This is a chance to turn data, automation and customer insight into real commercial growth.
The role:
As Senior CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will design, build and optimise data-driven customer journeys that drive lead generation, conversion, engagement and cross-sell revenue across the group's portfolio
- Act as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Marketing
- Build automated nurture journeys, trigger-based campaigns, lead scoring models and sales enablement workflows within Dynamics 365
- Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy, from first engagement through to retention, referrals and advocacy
- Design scalable journey architectures that can be adapted across multiple portfolio businesses
- Create audience segmentation using firmographic, behavioural and intent data to personalise email, SMS, landing page and event activity
- Partner with sales leadership to improve MQL to SQL conversion, opportunity progression and win rates
- Establish lifecycle reporting, dashboards and testing programmes to drive continuous optimisation
- Maintain journey governance, data quality and campaign standards

About you:
- Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, specifically Customer Insights and Dynamics Marketing, is essential
- 5+ years' experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation or customer journey management
- Proven track record building complex B2B customer journeys and nurture programmes
- Strong understanding of lead management, pipeline generation and B2B buying journeys
- Experience working closely with sales and revenue teams
- Background in professional services, PE-backed or B2B services businesses is desirable
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Commercially driven, analytical and naturally curious
- Process-oriented yet creative, and collaborative across marketing, sales and technology

Salary and benefits:
£55,000 – £65,000 per annum plus benefits
