Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager - Beauty Brand
£60,000 - £80,000
South London
Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office
We're partnering with a fast-scaling online beauty retailer that's grown rapidly and is now investing heavily in its people. Fully in-house marketing team, no agency layer, and real autonomy to shape a brand-new strategic function.
This is a newly created role reporting into a hands-on leadership team, with a direct report of your own. Loyalty and retention sit at the heart of the business, and you'll be the one driving it.

The Role
- Own CRM and loyalty strategy, with a clear mandate to drive LTV and retention
- Tackle a key challenge: reducing customer drop-off after first and second orders
- Build lifecycle and automation programmes across email, SMS, and other owned channels
- Drive cross-sell between core and adjacent product lines
- Develop and scale the loyalty programme
- Manage and develop a direct report
- Move fast and show impact early. This is a hands-on, build-it role from day one

You'll Bring
- Proven experience in a senior CRM or lifecycle role, ideally in beauty, haircare, or D2C retail
- Strong track record with retention, loyalty, and cross-sell strategies
- Confidence working autonomously in a fast-paced, in-house marketing team
- A bias for action. Comfortable getting stuck in and making things happen quickly
- Experience managing or mentoring a direct report
