CRM Manager

We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead and evolve our client's customer engagement strategy within a premium omnichannel retail environment.

About the Role

This pivotal role sits at the heart of the customer experience, taking ownership of the global CRM strategy to strengthen customer relationships, increase engagement and maximise customer lifetime value. You will define and deliver a data-led contact strategy across multiple channels, ensuring every customer interaction is relevant, personalised and commercially effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of customer lifecycle campaigns, with a strong focus on email marketing, customer segmentation and behavioural targeting.
  • Own the end-to-end customer journey, continuously optimising communications from acquisition and onboarding through to retention and reactivation, while embedding a culture of testing, learning and continuous improvement.
  • Take ownership of customer loyalty and subscription programmes, driving customer retention, engagement and long-term growth through insight-led CRM initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with Digital, eCommerce, Marketing and Data teams, ensuring a seamless omnichannel customer experience while leading and developing a high-performing CRM team.

  • Proven experience delivering commercial CRM strategies within a retail or eCommerce environment.
  • Expertise in customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, loyalty programmes and campaign optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills, experience working with customer data platforms and email service providers are essential.
  • Experience supporting the implementation or onboarding of a CDP or ESP would also be advantageous.
