Our client an online business is seeking a talented CRM Manager to join its growing marketing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing email marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in enhancing customer engagement and building long-term customer loyalty.
Working closely with the wider marketing team, you will ensure all CRM activity aligns with brand objectives. The role involves creating targeted customer journeys and personalised communications. You will analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Using data-driven insights, you will help convert customers into repeat purchasers.
