Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 FTE
Contract: Temporary Contract, 8 - 12 weeks
Location: Home-based with occasional travel to London and team meetings

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior CRM Marketing Manager to join one of the UK's leading charities. Reporting into the Strategic Marketing Lead, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead the development of a data-driven CRM marketing strategy and maximise the impact of a major investment in HubSpot. You will play a pivotal role in shaping audience engagement, improving customer journeys and embedding best practice across the organisation.
As part of this exciting role, you will provide strategic oversight of all HubSpot marketing activity, ensuring campaigns are audience-led, measurable and aligned to organisational objectives. You will act as the organisation's subject matter expert for HubSpot, supporting colleagues with campaign planning, automation, reporting and optimisation. Working closely with marketing, digital and stakeholder teams, you will drive innovation, establish governance and compliance processes, develop actionable insight from campaign data, and create sophisticated cross-channel journeys that improve acquisition, engagement and retention.

To be successful as the Senior CRM Marketing Manager, you will need:
- Significant experience using HubSpot CRM, including campaign management, optimisation and reporting.
- Proven experience developing cross-channel and email marketing strategies within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn insight into action.
