Grandstand (Nasdaq: GRSD) is the intelligence layer of sports, gaming and entertainment.
We build the brands people trust, the data our partners depend on, and the technology this industry runs on with exceptional people, not shortcuts.
OpticOdds delivers enterprise-grade data infrastructure to B2B partners worldwide, while OddsJam and RotoWire put that same real-time intelligence directly into the hands of consumers. On the gaming and entertainment side, our portfolio includes some of the biggest names in the space: Gambling.com, Casinos.com, Spotlight.Vegas, and WhichBingo.co.uk. Our flagship sites reach millions of consumers every month.
We're the first, and only, U.S. publicly traded company of our kind, and the first company to win EGR's Affiliate of the Year three times. We hold every hire to the same five standards: Taste, Agency, Speed, Craft, Responsibility.
Role: Senior CRM Specialist
As a Senior CRM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of our CRM programme. You'll take ownership of customer journey optimisation, testing, segmentation and automation across multiple brands and international markets, ensuring every communication is designed to maximise engagement, retention and revenue.
Working closely with Commercial, Product, Data and Operations teams, you'll identify opportunities to improve customer lifecycle marketing, build sophisticated automated journeys and continually optimise performance through data-driven decision making.
This role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, highly analytical and naturally curious, someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies quickly and taking ownership of delivering measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of CRM performance across all customer communications, continually identifying opportunities to increase engagement, conversion, retention and overall revenue.
- Lead the CRM testing roadmap, developing a culture of continuous experimentation through A/B and multivariate testing across customer journeys, content, timing, segmentation and personalisation.
- Own and evolve customer segmentation strategies, ensuring every communication reaches the right customer at the right time using behavioural, transactional and lifecycle data.
- Continuously analyse journey performance, proactively identifying opportunities to optimise automations, improve customer experience and maximise commercial return.
- Take responsibility for identifying new CRM opportunities independently, bringing forward ideas backed by data and seeing them through to implementation.
- Design, build and optimise automated customer lifecycle journeys across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation.
- Develop dynamic and personalised CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications and emerging engagement channels.
- Partner with Commercial, Product, Data and Operations teams to ensure CRM activity supports wider business objectives and revenue targets.
- Build and optimise landing pages that support CRM campaigns and improve conversion performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and produce regular reporting with clear commercial insights and recommendations.
- Maintain excellent database hygiene, customer segmentation and GDPR compliance.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate campaign creation, reporting, analysis and personalisation while maintaining high editorial standards.
- Stay informed on emerging CRM technologies, AI capabilities and industry best practices, recommending new approaches that improve team performance.
- Support and mentor junior CRM team members while promoting best practices across the wider business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
