We are a group of solutions-focused data experts passionate about helping our clients achieve amazing things, whether it’s through expertly engineered data platforms or innovative analytics and strategic planning. We work with some of the world’s biggest and most respected brands and are at an exciting time in our evolution, with ambitious plans to scale our solutions and reach an even broader audience.
Why join Plinc
- The chance to help build and shape Plinc's strategic function, not just deliver within an existing one.

- The scale and backing of the wider Savanta & Next 15 group, including mentoring, coaching and training programmes.

We invest in our people and promote personal development, offering training and support for growth and a range of employee benefits.
What you'll bring
- Demonstrable experience delivering CRM and customer strategy for clients, from customer journeys and lifecycle strategy to segmentation, targeting and contact strategy.
- Strong data planning and analytical skills, comfortable collaborating with analysts and data scientists to turn data into actionable strategy.
- A solid understanding of measurement, experimentation and test-and-learn approaches.
- A proactive, curious mindset, with a track record of spotting client challenges and opportunities beyond the original brief.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and the confidence to present to and build trusted relationships with senior clients, including constructively challenging established thinking.
- Experience contributing strategic thinking to pitches and new business.
- A collaborative team player, comfortable working across multiple accounts and stakeholder levels at once.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
