For our team in Birchwood Park, Warrington we are seeking a Senior CS&A Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and technical delivery for work packages (or projects)
- Develop coordinated BIM models, drawings and technical specifications
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, clients and external consultants
- Manage project delivery, programme and quality for assigned projects
- Supervise and mentor graduate architects and architectural technologists
- Attend client meetings, design reviews, site inspections and technical workshops
- Support fee proposals, resource planning and project delivery strategies
Requirements
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, building technology and construction methodologies
- Ability to resolve complex technical design issues with minimal supervision
- Confident application of Building Regulations, planning legislation and industry best practice
- Experience of BIM coordination, design management and construction phase support
- Proactive and accountable for own work and team outputs
- Effective communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative leadership style across multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrates sound professional judgement and commercial awareness
- Typically 5–10 years post-graduate experience
- Proven delivery of projects through multiple RIBA Plan of Work stages
- Experience supervising and reviewing the work of others
- Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or related built environment discipline (or equivalent)
