My client is a well-established and growing manufacturing organisation with a reputation for quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service. Operating from modern offices in Wrexham, they are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Advisor / Order Processor to join their busy and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional with a background in manufacturing, order processing, or supply chain environments who enjoys taking ownership of customer accounts and ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery process.
Your new role
The position is being offered full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid model in place, working from home two days per week.
As a Senior Customer Service Advisor / Order Processor, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships, processing complex orders, and acting as a key link between customers, production, logistics, and internal departments. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering a first-class customer experience at every stage of the customer journey.

- Managing customer accounts and building strong long-term relationships.
- Processing high volumes of customer orders accurately through the ERP system.
- Liaising with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure delivery schedules are met.
- Providing customers with updates on lead times, stock availability, and order progress.
- Resolving customer queries, complaints, and delivery issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Supporting junior team members and acting as a point of escalation for complex enquiries.
- Preparing quotations and processing amendments to existing orders.
- Monitoring order status, ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Producing reports and maintaining accurate customer records.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience within a Senior Customer Service, Order Processing, or Customer Account Management role.
- Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, or production-led environment.
- Strong order management and administration skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
