Ready to connect Customer Analysts around the world, shape how customer analysis is shared, and help teams turn data into action that improves customer experiences?

As a Senior Customer Analyst – 12-month FTC, you’ll play a key role in building and supporting a connected customer analysis community across the business. Working with colleagues around the world, you’ll help develop shared approaches, strengthen analytical capability, and create the conditions for customer analysis to have greater impact across markets. You’ll support teams in sharing best practice, turning insight into practical opportunities that improve customer engagement and experience.

You’ll bring people together around common analytical challenges, helping teams explore customer behaviour, campaign performance, segmentation, test-and-learn activity and emerging opportunities such as AI-driven solutions. Through clear storytelling, engaging presentations and collaborative working, you’ll help make analysis accessible and actionable for both technical and non-technical audiences. You’ll also mentor analysts, support the development of global ways of working, and help create reports, dashboards and frameworks that enable teams to understand, compare and optimise performance.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in Marketing Analytics and CRM data, but just as importantly, someone who enjoys developing others, building relationships and helping communities succeed. You’ll bring strong SQL skills, confidence working with complex data, and the ability to translate insight into clear, compelling stories. Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI is important, alongside the ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate conversations and build confidence in data-led decision-making.
