Senior Customer Analyst
Up to £50,000 | London | Hybrid (2 days per week in office)
We're looking for a Senior Analyst to join a customer-focused analytics team, using data and advanced analytical techniques to influence decision-making across the business.
You'll be responsible for:
- Analysing large and complex datasets to generate actionable customer insights
- Building data marts and analytical models
- Using statistical and machine learning techniques, including regression and clustering
- Presenting findings clearly to senior stakeholders and influencing data-driven decisions
- Working collaboratively across teams to identify opportunities for optimisation

About you:
- 3+ years' experience in statistical analysis and data visualisation
- Strong SQL and experience with Python and/or R
- Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning techniques
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A curious, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
