The Job
Youâll join a cross-functional analytics team supporting Product and Marketing teams with customer insight, segmentation and predictive modelling.
This is a good fit if you like work that sits close to commercial decision-making. Your analysis wonât disappear into a dashboard nobody opens. Youâll be helping teams understand customer behaviour, improve targeting, shape product and marketing decisions, and spot where data can unlock growth.
Youâll get plenty of ownership. Youâll lead analytics projects, manage stakeholder conversations, and turn complex data into clear recommendations that people can act on. The team needs someone who can get moving quickly, ask sharp questions, and explain the âso what?â behind the numbers.

Iâm in my final year doing Economics and I donât know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer â it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donât need a masters. Letâs look at the ones youâd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet â that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
