About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a data-savvy Customer Experience specialist who enjoys balancing strategic CX business partnering with hands-on insight generation.

As our Senior Customer Experience Executive, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders in critical markets and segments to transform customer insights, heat mapping, web analytics, and survey data into compelling business cases for Go-To-Market (GTM) prioritisation. You’ll act as a trusted partner while also owning the day-to-day end-to-end survey processes that keep our customer experience intelligence running effectively. In this role, you’ll:

  • Drive customer journey improvements and resolve pain points using customer insight, heat mapping, web analytics, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Lead the end-to-end survey design process, taking full ownership of stakeholder engagement, scoping briefs, translations, sign-offs, analysis, and playback.
  • Manage the deployment and production of 2 high-impact surveys per month while maintaining and updating the Customer Experience Hub.
  • Advocate for TwinklCares (Customer Service) across all cross-functional initiatives and product testing of new releases.
  • Harness AI tools responsibly to accelerate qualitative feedback analysis, identify core themes, and generate actionable insights while validating outputs with sound judgment.
  • Analyse and manipulate customer datasets and survey results using Microsoft Excel (or equivalent) to deliver confident data storytelling and maintain high stakeholder satisfaction scores.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
