Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and helping businesses understand the value of truly listening to their customers?

We're looking for a Senior Customer Experience Manager (SCXM) to join our leadership team. This is a strategic role focused on shaping how customer experience contributes to business success, service improvement and long-term growth. You'll work closely with the Managing Director, senior leaders and our Customer Experience Manager to ensure customer insight helps drive decision-making across the organisation.

This role would suit someone who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing positive change and turning customer feedback into meaningful business improvements. Whilst there are currently no direct reports, you'll provide leadership, guidance and support across multiple teams and functions.

You'll play a key role in ensuring customer experience remains central to how we operate and grow. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining 1101's customer experience strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and growth plans.
  • Acting as the senior voice of the customer and ensuring customer insight informs business decisions.
  • Providing regular reporting and recommendations to the Managing Director on customer experience performance, opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Building trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and supporting strategic customer discussions.
  • Working closely with the Customer Experience Manager to ensure operational delivery aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Partnering with Heads of Department to embed customer experience principles across all areas of the business.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer retention, advocacy and long-term customer value.
  • Establishing and monitoring customer experience measures to track performance and support continuous improvement.
  • Analysing customer feedback and business insights to identify opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Developing evidence-based business cases that demonstrate the value of customer experience initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
