Our Client

Our client is one of the fastest growing beauty brands in the UK, home to the most in-demand names in beauty. They’re not a shop that only sells beauty products, they are the destination people come to when they want to discover them.

Behind that sits a data sharing programme that's growing fast, they hold years of customer data across stores, online and loyalty. Their brand partners want more than a spreadsheet, they want a story: who their customer is, what they want next, and why it's worth spending more to reach them.

That story doesn't tell itself. That's the job.

The Role

You'll sit in the Customer Insights team, reporting to the Senior Customer Insights Manager, and own the data relationship for brands on the programme. Not just running numbers, but sitting across the table with brand partners and category teams, translating SQL and dashboards into decisions worth making.

This is brand facing, so you'll need to be as comfortable presenting to a room of external stakeholders as you are deep in a QlikSense model. Your work gets seen everywhere, from the CRM team to board level.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
