Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why This Business

This globally respected financial intelligence business provides research, benchmarking and competitive intelligence to major financial institutions.

As the business strengthens its subscription model, increasing engagement after the initial sale is a major commercial priority. This creates an opportunity to establish a scalable approach to subscriber engagement, with the autonomy and strategic visibility to make a tangible impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the post-sale customer lifecycle, increasing subscriber adoption, repeat engagement and long-term value.
  • Build segmented onboarding, nurture, engagement and re-engagement journeys using CRM and marketing automation.
  • Analyse subscriber behaviour and product usage to identify engagement gaps and turn insight into targeted campaigns.
  • Partner with sales, product, marketing and research teams to strengthen engagement, retention and future commercial growth.

  • Proven B2B lifecycle marketing experience within a subscription-led business.
  • Demonstrable success increasing customer adoption, product usage and ongoing engagement across subscription products.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams, with a clear understanding of how customer engagement supports retention, renewals and revenue growth.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, customer segmentation and CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce and Pardot.

Who This Suits

You’re a lifecycle marketer who sees the real opportunity beginning after the sale. You know how to turn access into adoption, build lasting engagement and create customer behaviours that strengthen retention and long-term commercial growth.

You’re commercially minded and entrepreneurial in your approach. You’re comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution, influencing senior stakeholders and taking an idea from insight through to implementation. Most importantly, you’ll relish the opportunity to build something rather than simply manage what already exists.
