The Role
The Senior Customer Marketing Manager will join TrendAI's Europe Customer Marketing team, within one of the world’s leading AI security organisations. Acting as an operational business partner to our Customer Success (CS) Operations and Field Marketing teams, this individual will build and nurture strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the TrendAI business, translating lifecycle and expansion strategy into localised, on-the-ground campaign execution.
The role will lead the development, build, activation, and reporting of lifecycle and expansion campaigns and webinars across Europe, turning customer signals into live campaign triggers that support customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion, and owns the creation of centrally built programmes for Field teams to deploy.
A key focus of the role is to act as the connective layer between central campaign strategy, CS Operations, and Field Marketing across the region, ensuring campaigns are activated consistently, on time, and in the right language for each market.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Lifecycle Campaigns
- Develop and execute campaigns that support existing customers through their full lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion, in support of GRR and NRR goals
- Apply the regional segmentation framework and lifecycle-stage messaging in campaign builds
- Partner with CS Operations to turn renewal and health signals into live campaign triggers, and support customer survey operations (CES, NPS)
- Own the build, activation, and reporting of lifecycle and expansion campaigns, webinars, and similar activities
Field & Regional Execution
- Support local execution of Europe-specific customer advocacy and reference activity
- Own the local-language hand-off of centrally built campaigns to Field Marketing
- Support execution of priority global campaigns within Europe
Budget & Stakeholder Management
- Manage spend within the regional marketing budget, and work closely with supporting functions (Marketing Ops, Digital) as needed
- Build strong working relationships with CS Operations, Field Marketing, and Marketing Ops/Digital Marketing as key day-to-day stakeholders
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a related marketing role
- Experience in cross-channel campaign development and optimisation
- Technical writing ability (e.g. technical communications, product notifications and advisories)
- Experience working in a B2B marketing environment, ideally within cybersecurity or IT
- Strong relationship-building skills across different teams and levels of seniority
- Analytical and tech-savvy, with the ability to develop a working understanding of TrendAI Vision One™ and relevant martech tools and reports
- Experience working across multi-regional campaigns, languages, and teams
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, always-developing industry

Desirable
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation or campaign martech platforms
- Fluency is German, French, Spanish, or Italian is desired but not essential.
- Willingness to travel occasionally
