Senior Customer Relations Executive — Egham, Surrey

When a rider's claim doesn't go to plan, someone has to take the wheel and put it right. 4th Dimension Innovation is a fast-growing, owner-managed group of five businesses specialising in the motorcycle market — insurance, claims management, network management, engineering services and retail — and we're looking for a Senior Customer Relations Executive to join our Customer Relations team at our Egham site.

Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager, you'll take ownership of a caseload of complex motorcycle insurance claim complaints from end to end. We help customers when they need us most, and we treat every complaint as a genuine opportunity to make things right, learn from it, and drive improvements across the wider business. This is an FCA-regulated role, so you'll be working within a strict regulatory framework and setting the standard for others.

Main Duties

  • Investigate customer complaints fairly, consistently and effectively from end to end
  • Take accountability for outcomes, delivering balanced, impartial and timely solutions
  • Gather and analyse complex information from multiple departments and systems to reach quick, fair and structurally sound decisions
  • Handle customer calls professionally and with genuine empathy, at the moments that matter most
  • Use assertiveness, influencing and negotiation skills to reach balanced outcomes that work for everyone involved
  • Assist in creating Management Information (MI) data packs highlighting trends and operational risks
  • Identify the root causes of complaints and historical trends to help the team and wider business raise service delivery
  • Adhere strictly to FCA regulatory rules and business guidelines, setting a high-integrity example for the team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
