Senior Customer Service Advisor
Ref: SP613
Salary on appointment will be £27,869 per annum with an annual increment up to £28,249 per annum.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join the UEA Sportspark.
Key duties of the role include:
- Leading and supervising a team of Customer Service Advisors to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the reception.
- Making bookings, selling activities, memberships and responding to customer enquiries across the full week on a rota basis.

Qualifications and experience:
- GCSEs at Grade C / 4 or above in English and Mathematics or NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service (or an equivalent level of qualification).
- Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service in a busy customer facing environment.
