Role Overview

Following an internal move, we are looking for a passionate Senior Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service & Business Operations team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with key customer accounts and support an enhanced customer service to deliver best in class whilst driving engagement and continuous improvement across our wider team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Service Team Leader and Customer Service Manager in the day to day operations and be an advocate for our One Team approach.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop relationships and best practices with Key Accounts, this will include involvement in monthly / quarterly reviews and support or lead on any agreed actions / improvements.
  • Work with the senior team to drive engagement and continuous improvement within the team and our customer base.
  • Managing KPIs including; Order Capture, OTIF, Telephony.
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders such as; Sales, Transport and Warehouse, Supply Chain, Customer Resolutions, Credit Control, Technical Support and Marketing teams.
  • Taking calls and supporting Customers with any queries that they may have, this may include; Delivery information, Stock Availability, Pricing, POD requests, Technical queries.
  • Able to assist customers with queries regarding product substitutions and how to navigate the online product catalogue.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working within a Customer Service and Sales environment.
  • Computer literate with intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, Zendesk and Twilio is preferable but not essential.
  • Confident and polite telephone manner.
  • An inquisitive nature to support the Continuous Improvement ethos within the Customer Service team.
