Job Information

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our network of dealerships, acting as the primary point of contact for commercial enquiries, order management, customer requests, and issue resolution. We Are Looking For Someone Who Will:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned dealership customers.
• Deliver a professional, responsive, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Manage customer orders, quotations, enquiries, disputes, claims, and requests in line with agreed service standards. Proactively manage the order book to ensure customer and business requirements are met.
• Oversee the order fulfilment process from order entry through to delivery.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating where appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
• Drive continuous improvements in customer satisfaction and service performance.
• Work closely with warehouse operations and suppliers to verify receipts, validate invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
• Support smooth operational processes through accurate administration and effective problem-solving.
• Identify process bottlenecks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement improvements.
• Build strong working relationships with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Credit, Collections, Marketing, and other internal teams.
• Participate in dealer and sales meetings to better understand customer and market requirements.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers across multiple countries and business functions.
• Monitor sales performance against monthly targets and business objectives.
• Support business growth through excellent customer service and effective order management.
