We Are Looking for Elite Problem Solvers
We are not looking for traditional customer service advisors.
We are building an elite problem-solving unit.
Every customer issue, complaint, missed payment, difficult conversation, or challenging situation is simply a problem that needs solving. Your job is to take ownership, stay calm under pressure, think commercially, communicate brilliantly, and never stop until a solution has been found.
We are looking for people who thrive on difficult conversations, enjoy turning unhappy customers into loyal advocates, can negotiate win-win outcomes, resolve conflict professionally, and remove obstacles quickly.
You don't pass problems on. You don't make excuses. You own them.
Success in this role is measured by your ability to solve problems, protect customer relationships, recover revenue where appropriate, and create positive outcomes for both the customer and the business.
If you're someone who loves solving problems, takes responsibility, thinks critically, and gets genuine satisfaction from fixing what others can't, you'll fit perfectly into our culture.
Our Mission Is Simple
Every problem has a solution. Our job is to find it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
