As a Senior Customer Solutions Product Manager, you'll define product vision and roadmap, influence key business decisions, and drive alignment between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams. Your Key Accountabilities Include:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with DHL Supply Chain priorities and business objectives.
- Act as the primary IT partner to business stakeholders, leading alignment on priorities, outcomes, and strategic direction.
- Own Customer Service Management product outcomes, partnering with technical SMEs to deliver scalable and value-driven solutions.
- Drive improvements in customer service processes, workflows, and user experience to maximize business value and operational effectiveness.
- Serve as the key bridge between Real Estate/business teams and IT technical teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.
- Oversee a portfolio of business platforms, ensuring integration, scalability, governance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, driving delivery through business alignment, negotiation, and effective stakeholder management.
- Own financial planning, business cases, budgeting, and ROI tracking to support strategic investment decisions and measurable outcomes.
- Influence and align senior stakeholders globally, acting as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership while leading discussions on priorities, scope, and trade-offs.
- Drive continuous improvement, simplification, and innovation across platforms while coaching junior professionals and leading teams where required.

What Are We Looking For From You?
- 6+ years of product management experience, with expertise in product strategy, roadmaps management, and deliver measurable business value.
- Demonstrated experience in business case development, financial planning, budgeting, and ROI tracking, supported by strong financial acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to align priorities and build trusted relationships across business and IT teams.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering scalable business solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
