Job Description
As a Senior Customer Success Associate, you will be the primary link between Performeo and its rapidly growing client base. You will lead consultative onboarding, manage the end-to-end customer journey, and translate user feedback into actionable product improvements. This role combines hands-on relationship management with data-driven strategy to scale a global industry leader.

What You Will Do
- Lead high-impact onboarding calls and consultative account management to ensure seamless adoption of the Performeo platform across global agencies.
- Develop and implement robust success metrics and data tracking systems to monitor feature adoption and customer health as the platform scales.
- Act as a vital feedback loop between clients and the product team, using an AI-first approach to solve complex problems and drive innovation.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success or SaaS support, ideally with experience in early-stage company building.
- High level of proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to turn raw usage statistics into strategic communication plans.
- A proactive, autonomous professional with an AI-first approach to research and a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes in the casting industry.
