About the Role

Altura Partners are currently partnered with a heavily backed Attack Surface Management vendor (Series B) seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Engineer to join its EMEA team. This is a senior customer-facing technical role focused on helping enterprise organisations successfully deploy, adopt and maximise value from a market-leading security platform.

Working closely with Customer Success, Product and Engineering, you'll act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, from implementation through to long-term adoption and optimisation.

Location

Fully remote within the UK (London area preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical success of a portfolio of enterprise customers throughout onboarding, deployment and ongoing adoption.
  • Deliver a high-touch customer experience, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Lead technical implementations and ensure successful production rollouts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with internal engineering teams when required.
  • Support customers with API integrations, cloud connectivity and third-party security tooling.
  • Translate business and security requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Identify adoption risks and proactively drive successful customer outcomes.
  • Capture customer feedback and collaborate with Product teams to influence future platform enhancements.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices, documentation and technical enablement.

  • Attack Surface Management, Threat Intelligence or CTEM vendor experience; Rapid7, NetSpi, HackerOne, Crowdstrike, PAN - Expanse, Pentera, Recorded Future, ThreatConnect vendor experience.
  • 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role within a cybersecurity or SaaS environment; TAM or CSE role.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers through complex implementations.

  • Base salary: £115k base and UK benefits package
