About the Role
Do you want to play a key role in shaping long-term success for some of Truvio’s most strategic enterprise customers? As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be trusted to turn strong customer relationships into measurable business value, helping customers get the very best from our solutions while identifying opportunities for growth. This is an individual contributor role with genuine commercial ownership, senior stakeholder exposure, and the chance to make a visible impact in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
What You Will Do
- Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts from go-live onward, driving adoption, value realization, and measurable outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders, acting as their trusted advisor and their route into Truvio when something needs attention.
- Create and maintain a clear success plan for every account, defining what success looks like, tracking progress against it, and running a structured cadence of value reviews that keep that story visible.
- Own renewals for your accounts: assess risk and readiness early, choose the right approach, and lead the conversation through to close.
- Identify and drive growth opportunities within your accounts, partnering with Sales where a new product or a wider commercial motion is involved.
- Monitor customer health and act on it — leading remediation where accounts are at risk and escalating early when they need wider support.
- Look for better ways of working, including using AI to reduce routine effort and surface customer insight sooner.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
