🚀 Senior Customer Success Manager | £60,000-£70,000 | London (Hybrid)
If you're a Customer Success professional who knows your programmatic from your performance marketing and your retention from your revenue growth, this could be the role for you. 👀
We're working with a growing B2B AdTech business that is transforming the way brands and agencies use data, audiences and technology to deliver better digital advertising.
They're now looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts and play a key role in both customer retention and commercial growth.
💡 What's in it for you?
This isn't a CSM role where you simply keep clients happy and wait for the next renewal.
You'll be a strategic partner to your customers - understanding their challenges, getting under the skin of their advertising strategies and helping them get genuine value from the technology and solutions available to them.
And yes… there's a strong commercial element. 💰
You'll be expected to spot opportunities, grow existing relationships and turn great customer relationships into upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
