🚀 Senior Customer Success Manager (Key Accounts) | German Speaking | London (Hybrid)
We're partnering with a fast-growing global technology company, and they're looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to handle their Key-Accounts.
If you're passionate about building strategic client relationships, driving commercial growth, and working with enterprise brands, this could be an excellent opportunity.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of enterprise customers as their trusted strategic advisor.
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Delivering data-driven business reviews and performance insights.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Advising clients on strategy, market trends, and best practices to help maximise their success.

What we're looking for:
- ✔ 3+ years' experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- ✔ Experience working in SaaS, software, logistics, or another B2B technology environment.
- ✔ A commercial mindset with experience growing existing customer accounts.
- ✔ Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- ✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- ✔ Fluent German and English (spoken and written) are essential.
