About commercetools

Real innovation starts with a strong foundation, and at commercetools, that comes from the perfect balance of our product and our people.

Behind every leap forward is a collective of builders, explorers, doers, makers, and problem-solvers. The kind of people who not only created composable commerce but also shaped the culture of experimentation that idea unlocked. Together they are the engine of commerce innovation today.

At commercetools, we power the next era of commerce for our customers. Whether it’s AI-driven solutions that help enterprises make smarter business decisions, bridging digital and physical shopping experiences, or enabling entirely new ways for industries to connect with their customers, we help the world’s most ambitious companies experiment, scale, and grow without limits.

Here the best idea wins, not the loudest voice. You will have the tools, trust, and space to not only build the future of commerce, but to build your own.

About our Customer Success team

Hello, I am Gareth, the Head of Customer Success UK/Ire & Nordics here at commercetools. My team is dedicated to building deep, consultative partnerships within the Enterprise space.

Our Customer Success Team is passionate about shaping and scaling an exceptional upmarket customer experience across the Enterprise Segment. We’re thrilled to be hiring our next Senior CSM in EMEA as we continue to grow the team.

In this role, you’ll serve as the vital link between our customers and the most modern commerce products on the market. You will partner with our largest and most complex enterprise accounts, from high-growth brands to public companies, focusing on account health, post-sales adoption, and positioning commercetools as a trusted, strategic partner.

You’ll work closely with our internal support, product development, and sales teams to pave the best path forward for our clients. Because commercetools is powerful, modern, and highly flexible, you’ll leverage your deep technical understanding, sales affinity, and top-tier communication skills to help major brands architect exceptional commerce workflows and achieve long-term value. Beyond account management, you’ll actively contribute to shaping and growing our Customer Success practice both regionally and globally.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
