Senior Customer Success Manager

Enterprise SaaS | UK remote | Up to £50,000 plus bonus/commission

A growing international AI-powered SaaS business is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a small portfolio of strategically important enterprise customers across the UK, Europe and the US. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong customer leadership with the technical confidence to understand integrations, data flows and platform issues without acting as a simple go-between.

The opportunity goes beyond managing an account book. As the international customer base expands, you will have the scope to become a leading member of the UK CS operations, help shape how Customer Success is delivered and progress into leadership as the team grows.

The role

  • Own the day-to-day success of complex enterprise customers, including major organisations in banking, software, telecoms and retail.
  • Develop trusted relationships across technical, operational and senior stakeholder groups, often supporting platforms used by thousands of people.
  • Lead customers beyond onboarding, taking ownership of adoption, ongoing requests, product usage, risk and long-term value.
  • Understand customer requirements, integrations, workflows and data issues well enough to diagnose problems, identify practical workarounds and move issues forward quickly.
  • Create clear, evidence-led Jira tickets when Engineering support is required, including the issue, impact, reproduction detail and expected outcome.
  • Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, Integration and Customer Success colleagues while remaining accountable to the customer.
  • Build deep product knowledge and confidently recommend the right platform capabilities for each customer need.
  • Help establish a scalable Customer Success model and support the future growth of the local team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
