About Us
Green Cross Global is the UK's highest-rated Health and Safety training provider, trusted by major brands including Amazon, ASDA, BT, Coca-Cola, Tesco, and many others. We deliver accredited training in First Aid, Mental Health, Fire Safety, and more - backed by excellence, value, and a commitment to safer workplaces.
As our client base continues to grow, we're looking for someone to lead our Customer Success function - owning our most important relationships personally, and setting the direction for how we look after and grow every client.
The Role
As Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll head up Customer Success. You'll be the trusted advisor for our Strategic accounts (our largest clients), lead a small team of Customer Success Managers and Associates, and own the strategy for retention and growth across our existing customer base.
This is not reactive account admin - this is senior, hands-on relationship leadership. One day you'll be running a business review with one of our biggest clients; the next you'll be shaping the account strategy for the whole team. You'll report directly to the Managing Director and sit within the senior leadership team, acting as the voice of the client inside the business.
This is a remote position - anywhere in the UK - with occasional travel to client sites for review meetings and relationship-building. Mileage, accommodation, and meal expenses are fully covered.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Key Responsibilities
- Own our Strategic accounts, acting as their primary point of contact for bookings, reviews, renewals, and growth.
- Lead and line-manage the Customer Success team, setting clear priorities and developing the people in it.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, training managers, and operational stakeholders at large UK organisations.
- Establish and run structured quarterly business reviews across the team, using a consistent approach so nothing gets lost.
- Drive renewals, expansion, and cross-sell across the wider Green Cross Global portfolio (First Aid, Mental Health, Fire Safety, e-learning, etc.) - most of our clients buy one product category from us, and you'll lead the push to change that.
- Monitor account health across the whole customer base, proactively addressing risks before they become issues, and lead win-back activity on lapsed clients.
- Manage the handover of accounts from the Business Development team after their first 12 months, and work closely with Sales on tier-based account ownership.
- Track and report on portfolio KPIs - retention, growth, NPS, and account profitability - for your accounts and the team's.
- Build client advocacy: referrals, testimonials, case studies, and a client loyalty scheme.
- Feed client insights back into the business to inform product, service, and commercial decisions.
- Maintain clean and accurate data in our systems.
