🔹 About the Role
In Supply Chain, you’ll witness our products come alive—from their origins to direct touchpoints with consumers. Here, you’ll voice the customer’s needs internally and act as the bridge between:
- Sales & Marketing
- Finance
- Operational units
As Senior Manager for Customer Supply Chain (EMEA), sharpen efficiency in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and fulfilment for our evolving skincare and cosmetics portfolio. Your mission:
- Optimise service levels across diverse regions (UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia).
- Strive for excellence in short/medium (S&OE) term demand forecasting.
- Master today’s beauty challenges—fast-moving trends, lean product lifecycles, tech systems, and customer-individualized processes.
Internally, you’ll execute:
✔ Tech integration – Work with NetSuite/SAP, plus customer-interface systems. ✔ Cross-channel excellence – Retailer partnerships, franchises, direct-to-consumer channels. ✔ Complex trade-off management – Availabiity, balance, costs, and tech alignment.
🔹 Responsibilities
Leadership
- Develop, mentor, and improve our Customer Supply Chain team—planners and managers—focusing on cost optimization and client-centric excellence.
- Champion a proactive, predictive model (vs. transactional problem-solving), implementing root-cause analysis for every service setback.

Business Partnerships
- Campaign bi-weekly business reviews with key retailer/wholesale accounts.
- Collaborate in SISO reviews and joint sessions with commercial teams to fine-tune forecasts, promotions, and new-channel rollouts.
Operational Excellence
- Drive best-in-class fulfilment with on-time, full-delivery rates (OTIF).
- Tightly govern the order-to-sales and returns cycle(reducing TN% and discrepancies by simplifying returns).
- Root out hidden-cost line items like poor-fit pallet structure & cost-of-delivery penalties.
Data & Analytics Integration
- Transform sparse data into actionable insights—leverage ERP (NetSuite/SAP) and business intelligence tools.
- Monitor inventory health at retail, service-level KPIs, and operational efficiency.

📊 Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, build your own dashboards, data analysis).
- Experience with SAP* (training provided for specific toolsets).

- Strong numeracy and logical reasoning with an analytical eye for patterns and trends.
