Senior Customer Support Specialist

Hybrid - 3 days a week working in our Chester office
Full Time (Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:15pm)

The Customer Support Function is responsible for supporting the wider business with several functions namely document production, making accounts live and general maintenance of the dealer’s stock plan.

About The Role

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take the next step by supporting colleagues and helping drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone and email.
  • Review documentation and activate dealer accounts accurately.
  • Process vehicle funding, settlements, refunds and account maintenance.
  • Liaise with dealers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries.
  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Support the Customer Service Manager by coordinating workloads and deputising when required.
  • Assist with onboarding and coaching new team members.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service and administration.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
  • Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues is desirable.
  • A continuous improvement mindset.
  • Automotive industry knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
