About the Role
The Senior CX Solution Design Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading the solution design and delivery of complex Digital Asset client engagements. Engagements can range from delivering expert design and implementation advice to hands-on software delivery.
The role combines deep expertise in product management, business analysis, enterprise software delivery, Daml, and the Canton Network with strong client leadership and cross-functional execution.
Operating as a player-architect, the Senior CX Solution Design Lead ensures complex client objectives are translated into practical solution designs, structured implementation plans, actionable requirements, guiding the solution end-to-end to ensure a successful final delivery. The role independently coordinates across clients, partners, Product, Engineering, Sales, and other internal teams to drive successful outcomes while ensuring solutions align with Digital Asset’s architectural and delivery standards.
The role also serves as a functional and solution-design authority within CX, raising the quality of client deliverables, mentoring less-experienced colleagues, and identifying opportunities to improve the way complex client engagements are delivered.

- Leads the solution design and day-to-day execution of complex client engagements involving Daml, the Canton Network, and enterprise software implementations
- Translates client business objectives and requirements into structured solution designs, implementation approaches, delivery plans, and prioritized roadmaps
- Independently leads complex workstreams across multiple teams, managing dependencies, decisions, risks, and competing priorities
- Serves as a senior functional and solution-design authority throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Leads client steering committee meetings and other senior stakeholder forums, providing clear updates on delivery progress, risks, decisions, and recommended actions
- Identifies potential client blockers, resource constraints, and delivery risks early and develops practical mitigation plans
-
Drive Business Analysis & Functional Design
- Leads and reviews business analysis and functional requirements for complex client solutions
- Develops and elevates high-quality user stories, process flows, UML diagrams, Gherkin scenarios, and other functional design artifacts
- Facilitates complex discovery and design sessions with clients and translate outcomes into clear requirements, decisions, and implementation priorities.
- Analyzes business processes and technology environments to identify root causes, dependencies, and opportunities for improved solution design.
- Clearly articulates how proposed technology and business-process designs support the client's business case and desired outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
