Senior Cyber Risk Analyst
We’re supporting a global organisation looking for a Senior Cyber Risk Analyst to join its cyber team. This is a practical cyber risk and assurance role, working across different businesses within the group to understand their security maturity, identify areas of risk and provide clear, proportionate recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Carry out cyber and technology risk assessments across different businesses within the group.
- Assess security maturity, controls and areas of potential exposure.
- Provide second-line assurance and practical recommendations to improve cyber risk management.
- Work directly with business and technology teams to understand their environments and identify where attention is required.
- Adapt your approach depending on the maturity and risk profile of each business.
- Support wider cyber governance and assurance activities across the group

Requirements
- Strong experience in cyber risk, technology risk, security assurance or a related area.
- Hands-on experience carrying out cyber or technology risk assessments.
- Ability to assess an environment independently and use judgement rather than relying solely on a checklist.
- Broad understanding of technology, cyber security and risk.
- Comfortable working with different stakeholders and communicating risk clearly.

Nice to Have
- Exposure to product security.
- Experience working with operational technology (OT) environments.
- Previous audit or assurance exposure.
