Cyber Security Account Manager

£60,000 base + Double OTE

Hybrid (London / South East) | Cyber Security Services (MSSP)

If you’re a Senior Cyber Account Manager who enjoys growing relationships, not just managing renewals, and wants ownership that goes beyond a traditional “farmer” role, this one’s worth a look.

I’m hiring for a high-growth, PE-backed cyber security services provider (MSSP) with a clear remit: own and grow customer relationships, expand service adoption, and convert partner-, vendor-, and marketing-led new opportunities through a consultative, solutions-led sales approach.

This is an Senior Account Manager role with genuine responsibility, blending account growth, expansion, and structured net-new opportunity conversion within an award-winning Microsoft and cyber-focused MSSP.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of customers, responsible for retention, expansion, and long-term value creation, while also nurturing new opportunities introduced through partners, vendors, and inbound marketing.

You’ll be trusted to build account plans, identify new use cases, expand service adoption, and develop relationships across multiple stakeholders, as well as progress warm new-logo opportunities through to first sale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
