D365 CE Developer | Join a Growing Microsoft End User
We're working exclusively with an ambitious and rapidly growing organisation that has placed Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement at the heart of its digital transformation strategy. As they continue to invest heavily in their technology landscape, they're looking to appoint a talented D365 CE Developer to play a key role in the evolution of their platform.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a genuine end user environment where you'll have direct influence over solution design, development, and the future roadmap of the D365 CE estate.
The Role
As a D365 CE Developer, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and the wider technology team to deliver scalable and innovative solutions across the D365 CE platform.

You'll be responsible for developing new functionality, enhancing existing capabilities, and supporting the ongoing optimisation of the organisation's Dynamics 365 environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customise and configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions
- Build and maintain plugins, custom workflows and integrations
- Work with Power Platform technologies including Power Automate and Power Apps
- Develop integrations with third-party applications and internal systems
- Participate in solution design and technical architecture discussions
- Support system upgrades, releases and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
- Strong hands-on experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
- Experience with C#,.NET, JavaScript and Dataverse
- Knowledge of Power Platform technologies
- Experience developing plugins, custom APIs and integrations
- Understanding of solution lifecycle management and deployment best practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
