Permanent - Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant
Microsoft Partner | Birmingham (1-2 days per month onsite)

✅We're working with a growing Microsoft Partner who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant to join their consultancy team (Also Functional Consultants).
In this role, you'll take a lead position in delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions, working closely with customers throughout the full project lifecycle. From discovery workshops and requirements gathering through to solution design, configuration, testing, training and go-live, you'll play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery and customer adoption.
You'll also be responsible for guiding junior consultants, leading customer workshops, supporting pre-sales activities, and helping customers get the most value from their Microsoft investment.

You'll be responsible for:
- Leading workshops and gathering business requirements from key stakeholders
- Designing, configuring and customising D365 CE and Power Platform solutions
- Producing high-quality functional design and requirements documentation
- Supporting testing, user training and go-live activities
- Advising customers on best practice and driving solution adoption
- Supporting pre-sales activities, demonstrations and solution estimations
- Managing smaller D365 CE implementation projects where required
- Mentoring and developing junior consultants across the team
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations
- Strong knowledge of D365 Sales, Customer Service and/or Marketing
- Experience with the Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Confident challenging requirements and providing best-practice guidance
- Previous Microsoft Partner experience would be highly advantageous
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are desirable
