An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Software Developer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise to join a large and progressive organisation undertaking a significant digital transformation programme.
Working within a highly collaborative Digital and Technology function, you will take a leading role in the design, development and integration of business-critical applications, with a particular focus on Dynamics 365, the Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services and enterprise integrations. You will help shape technical solutions, provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable and user-focused digital services.
Your new role
- Lead the design, development and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and associated integrations.
- Deliver scalable applications and enterprise solutions across the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Design and implement robust APIs and integrations between Dynamics 365 and other business-critical systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Lead proof-of-concept development, prototyping and solution demonstrations.
- Champion Agile/Product development practices, code quality and test-driven development.
- Review technical designs and code produced by colleagues, providing mentoring and technical leadership.
- Ensure solutions are secure, resilient, scalable and aligned to organisational standards.
- Manage and collaborate with third-party suppliers and technology partners.

What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive hands-on experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Strong.NET development expertise, including C#, ASP.NET and related Microsoft technologies.
- Proven experience developing REST APIs and integrating enterprise systems.
- Experience building and supporting solutions within Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of data integration, platform architecture and application design.
- Experience of Agile software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps and Power Automate, would be advantageous.
- Experience working with technologies such as SharePoint, Sitecore, K2 or Xamarin would be beneficial.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership within multidisciplinary teams.
