Location: London, hybrid
Salary: £90,000 - £100,000
Sellick Partnership is recruiting for a Senior DA Pricing & Analytics Manager to join a well-established insurance business in London on a hybrid basis.
This is a senior leadership role within a delegated authority environment, combining pricing, analytics, data governance, and team management. You will lead a specialist team, provide insight into underwriting and product performance, and help strengthen the quality and use of data across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing the Pricing and Analytics team.
- Overseeing pricing activity across delegated authority products.
- Reviewing pricing models, commissions, and analytical approaches.
- Improving data quality, governance, and reporting across underwriting and product teams.
- Leading the development of MI dashboards and wider analytics initiatives.
- Providing clear performance insight to senior stakeholders.
- Supporting product reviews and ongoing monitoring activity.
- Working closely with underwriting, product, and other internal teams on pricing and data-led projects.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
The successful Senior DA Pricing & Analytics Manager will have:
- Strong experience in personal lines pricing within insurance.
- A solid understanding of underwriting and pricing performance.
- Experience of data governance and data quality management.
- Hands-on analytics experience using tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience creating or maintaining MI dashboards.
- Proven people management experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to analyze complex information and turn it into clear, practical insight.
- Experience using Power BI, R, or Python would be particularly useful, along with a relevant technical degree or equivalent experience.
