JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Senior Data & AI Analyst works in the Data & Analytics Team, focusing primarily on UK initially, but with the expectation to support other countries when required. The role supports the delivery of asset business plan targets and the execution of strategies for achieving operational excellence by generating and analysing reports on property management performance. The role gathers and analyses market, client and portfolio data, giving management the input needed to identify opportunities to improve NOI, wider commercial performance and customer satisfaction. It will champion the use of AI tools to make reporting and analysis faster, more accurate and more scalable. This role will be expected to work closely with the UK Operational and Asset Management teams on a day-to-day basis, with direction also being provided by the Senior Management Team.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Supports the Data & Analytics team by developing consistent, accurate KPIs and reports for relevant stakeholders, using AI-assisted tools to speed up build, testing and QA.
  • Supports the UK Operational Management Team across a range of financial and data analysis activities.
  • Supports the delivery of the Data & Analytics team’s reporting requirements to meet both internal routines (e.g. weekly reporting) and external needs (investor, client and similar). This includes running the leasing reporting process to track and analyse leasing and occupancy performance and trends, and to highlight opportunities for rental growth or corrective marketing activity.
  • Supports the property and regional managers, Operations Directors, Asset Management and Client Services teams, and other business leaders by fielding questions and requests, gathering data and reports, and helping to resolve issues relating to operational policies and performance.
  • Acts as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AI, driving adoption of AI tools and products such as Claude across the Data & Analytics function and the wider business. Identifies practical use cases, builds simple AI-powered solutions (e.g. reporting assistants, data summarisation, automated Q&A) and supports non-technical colleagues to use AI confidently, safely and effectively in their day-to-day roles.
  • Works with other functions (Digital/Performance, Asset Marketing and Brand/Insights) to track key performance indicators, provide regular, consistent reporting to the business, and connect the insights and analysis gathered by other departments with operational execution.
  • Gathers and analyses financial, market and other data to assess the performance of assigned portfolios against budgets, targets and client expectations, and prepares summaries, reports and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Participates in project teams to implement process improvements and new applications and programmes aimed at improving operational performance.
  • Builds an effective working relationship between the Data & Analytics team and the IT/Systems team to ensure the smooth provision of data.
  • Supports requirements gathering for systems projects, along with testing and ongoing systems optimisation.
  • Supports annual rent and budget-setting processes, new acquisition due diligence, and other reports, analyses and tasks as needed.
  • Works with other Data & Analytics team members to identify improvements to the systems and tools used to understand, monitor and track performance.
  • Contributes to new acquisitions (due diligence and operational data for underwriting) and supports their execution (asset openings).
  • Supports periodic service-cost reporting and the annual price versus allowance analysis.
  • Supports FF&E and other service-charge-related administration.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
