The Senior Data & AI Product Manager leads the Data & AI product function, owning the strategy, delivery, and adoption of enterprise data, analytics, and AI products. The role is accountable for shaping and delivering a portfolio spanning digital data tools (e.g. data capture and operational tools), data and analytics capabilities (e.g. reporting, self-service, data democratisation), and AI-enabled solutions (including Multiplex's bespoke AI capabilities). Working in close partnership with senior business stakeholders, the role proactively identifies, shapes, and prioritises demand, ensuring the delivery of high-value, scalable solutions aligned with strategic objectives. The role also defines the product operating model and leads Product Owners and Data Governance & Quality functions to ensure standards, processes, and delivery practices are consistently applied across the portfolio.

  • Own the Data & AI product vision and strategy, ensuring full alignment with business priorities and enterprise architecture.
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, aligning product direction with business objectives. Facilitate decision-making through clear communication of priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes.
  • Anticipate future demand and shape strategic direction in collaboration with senior stakeholders. Ensure a clear link between product investment and long-term business value; initiatives need to deliver tangible, measurable business outcomes, driving adoption, operational efficiency, and decision-making across the organisation.
  • Own and maintain a coherent portfolio of Data & AI products across analytics, data, and AI capabilities.

What Do I Need To Be Successful

  • Proven track record in a senior product management role within data, digital and AI environments, delivering measurable business value across multiple products within a very complex enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmaps, aligning delivery with business priorities and enterprise architecture.
  • Extensive experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through to launch and adoption
  • Experience delivering data, digital tools, and AI-enabled products, including analytics, operational tools, and ML/GenAI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI product patterns and governance, including evaluation, monitoring, bias and safety risks, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Broad knowledge of data technologies and platforms, including architecture, storage, analytics tooling, processing, and data modelling principles.
