The role ⚡

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Data team, which sits under Tech and Data.
This role is a 12 month FTC joining a team of experienced analytics engineers and managers to support the increasing Analytical demands across the business. In this role, you will:

- Design, develop and maintain performant, scalable and best practice Tableau reports.
- Collaborating with business users to understand their needs with the aim to automate identified manual processes, and create documentation for Tableau reports.
- Provide training and support to Tableau users.
- Support and collaborate with 3rd party developers to ensure a successful migration from AWS Athena to Snowflake whilst representing the businesses needs.
What we’re looking for 🌱
- Deep Expertise in SQL with experience working with modern Data Warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Hands-on experience with DBT, building and maintaining modular, scalable data models.
- A practical approach to problem-solving that balances high technical standards with key business priorities.
- Expert in Tableau Desktop.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner smoothly across non-technical teams using Data for storytelling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Able to architect custom AI solutions and smart automated systems that are safe, maintainable, and aligned with our long-term mission.
- Act as a technical bridge and mentor, training “builders” across the company to move from basic AI usage to sophisticated system creation.
