GXO are looking for a Senior MI Analyst to join us on our M&S site in Daventry. Here you will support our customer’s orders fulfilment through providing a suite of management information that builds strong links between the internal and external teams. This information is crucial to enable informed decision making, hence it’s required to be relevant, accurate and timely. This isn’t just another job opportunity… this is a M&S job opportunity!
This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. The typical working hours will be approximately 08:00–16:00, although some flexibility may be required around both start and finish times depending on operational and business requirements.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £45,000.00 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What You’ll Do on a Typical Day
- Ensure accurate, timely and reliable reporting for customers, site management and the wider business
- Lead the development and implementation of new reporting methods, dashboards and custom applications
- Support business projects and collaborate with network and technical teams to drive adoption of new tools and technologies
- Provide data-driven support to stakeholders, improving reporting processes and maintaining high service standards
- Champion continuous improvement and contribute to the design and implementation of data infrastructure solutions
What You Need to Succeed at GXO
- Strong experience in Management Information (MI) reporting, data analysis and visualisation, ideally using Power BI and SQL
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting insights and recommendations to senior management
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage workloads and drive positive change within a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving, planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power Platform applications, with a continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and customers
