Senior Data Analyst – CRM & Loyalty – London - £500 p/d (Outside IR35) – 6-month contract
Our Market-leading travel client now requires an experienced Senior Data Analyst to play a key role in the development of its CRM and Loyalty capabilities, supporting a major customer data transformation and passenger optimisation strategy.
This role will sit at the intersection of CRM, data, technology and commercial strategy, working closely with Marketing, Commercial, IT and external technology partners to improve customer data quality, segmentation, personalisation and analytics.

The successful candidate will act as a CRM data SME, supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud, customer data platforms and data flows, while using advanced SQL and BI capabilities to deliver actionable customer and commercial insights.
Key Requirements:
- Experienced in CRM data management and analytics
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- CRM platforms
- Advanced SQL skills
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality and GDPR
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working across Marketing, Commercial, IT and external technology partners
- Python, Snowflake and AI/ML experience desirable
- Excellent English essential; French advantageous but not essential
