New Exciting opportunity for the role of Senior Data & Reporting Analyst
Location: Redditch, UK
Contract Duration: 6 Months
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
The Role
Join a business-critical Finance Analytics initiative supporting reporting, analytics and decision-making across a large retail organisation. The role combines analytical thinking, data preparation, reporting operations, Power BI support and stakeholder engagement. You will take ownership of key reporting processes, ensure data quality and stability, and support the transition to a managed service model while helping shape future analytics opportunities.

Your Profile
Essential skills/experience:
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Data preparation, cleansing, validation and reconciliation experience
- Power BI support including semantic models, datasets and refresh troubleshooting
- Experience working with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms
- Reporting operations and production support experience
- Root-cause analysis and data-quality management
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a business-facing analyst role
- Experience supporting business-critical reporting environments
